Frequently asked questions
Where is Midalaxy based?
Bangalore, India. That is where the team is, and it is why the time-zone overlap on every city page is computed from the IANA zone rather than asserted.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Most of our work is outside India — across North America, the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, Africa and Asia-Pacific. Delivery is remote with weekly demos, shared roadmaps and production handover.
How do you handle time-zone differences?
By stating them. Europe and the Middle East share most of our working day; for New York and San Francisco the natural overlap is zero, so work is queued end-of-day here and waiting at your morning, with decisions batched into one scheduled call rather than ad-hoc pings.
Which data protection laws do you build against?
Whichever applies to your market — GDPR, the UK DPA, HIPAA and state laws in the US, PDPL across the Gulf, LGPD in Brazil, POPIA in South Africa, DPDP in India. Each city page names its own regime, because it decides where inference may run.
