Frequently asked questions
Should we build AI in-house or hire an agency?
In-house where AI is the product and you can hire and retain the team. An agency where you need it working this quarter, the requirement is bounded, or you are testing whether it is worth an internal team at all.
Is offshore development worth it?
It depends far more on communication structure than on rate. The overlap hours, the review cadence and who owns decisions matter more than location — which is why every city page here states the real overlap rather than implying there is none.
Custom AI or an off-the-shelf tool?
Buy anything standard — a configured product is cheaper, faster and better supported. Build where the workflow is genuinely specific, the integration surface is unusual, or the data cannot leave your control.
